Do I need to provide water or power?
No. Our mobile detailing units carry their own water, power and air. All we need is a spot to park near the vehicle and your keys. We confirm access when we arrange your appointment.
What if it rains?
In most cases we set up a canopy and keep working. If it’s raining hard with wind, we can offer complimentary valet service: we pick up your vehicle, finish it at our shop and deliver it back when it’s done. Rescheduling is always an option too.
Do I need to be there during the detail?
We can coordinate vehicle access in advance. Our Ninja detailing service is designed around getting the work done while you focus on your day.
Can you care for more than one household vehicle?
Yes. Tell us about the vehicles and how often they need care. Explore household maintenance and we’ll confirm the visit schedule, scope and pricing.
Can ceramic coating be installed at my location?
The installation setting, paint preparation and cure requirements depend on the selected coating and the work involved. We confirm those details during the quote rather than assuming every driveway is suitable.
