Can I book a Ninja Detail as a one-time service without being a member?
No. Ninja Detailing is exclusively available to Platinum Maintenance Members. The entire service is built on familiarity with your vehicle, your property, and your preferences — none of which exists on a first-time booking. To get access, you’ll need to apply for a membership here.
Do I need to be home when you arrive?
No — and for many members, that’s the whole appeal. We handle everything without requiring your presence. Whether you’re inside working, in meetings, or away entirely, the visit goes exactly the same way: quietly, professionally, and without disruption.
How do I become a member to get access?
Apply for the Platinum Household Membership. Once your membership is active and we’ve established your schedule and preferences, Ninja Detailing is part of how every visit works.
What if something needs attention beyond the scheduled service?
As a member, you’re covered. Complimentary scratch removal, stain treatment, and emergency detailing are all included in your plan. If we notice something during a Ninja Detail visit, we handle it — and let you know afterward.
Does Ninja Detailing cost extra on top of my membership?
No. It’s how your membership visits work — not a separate add-on. The convenience and discretion are part of the experience your membership provides.
