Hand Wash & Exterior Detail
A proper exterior detail is nothing like a drive-through wash. We hand wash every panel, decontaminate your paint with a clay bar, clean your wheel wells, dress your tires, and finish with a premium wax or paint sealant that protects and adds depth. The result is the kind of gloss your car had when it was new — and the protection to keep it that way.

Machine Polish & Paint Correction
Swirl marks, fine scratches, water spots, and oxidation are the most common things that make a vehicle look older than it is — and most of them can be removed. Our paint correction process uses machine polishing to cut and refine the clear coat, restoring the depth, clarity, and gloss your paint had when it was new. Available as a single-stage polish or a more involved multi-stage correction depending on the condition of your paint.

Do I need to provide power or water for a mobile detail?
No — and this is one of the biggest differences between Platinum and most mobile detailers. We are completely self-sufficient. We bring our own power systems and our own water supply on every unit. You don’t need an outdoor outlet, a garden hose, or any specific property setup. Just give us access to the vehicle.
How long does a detail take?
An interior detail typically runs 2–4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. An exterior hand wash and wax takes 1.5–3 hours. A full detail combining both runs 4–6 hours. Paint correction varies depending on the stage and the condition of the paint — we’ll give you a time estimate when we assess.
What’s the difference between a detail and a regular car wash?
A car wash is a surface clean — it removes surface dirt. A detail is a thorough, methodical restoration of every surface, inside and out. It addresses paint decontamination, conditioning, protection, and interior cleaning at a level that a wash never touches. The results aren’t even comparable.
Do I need to be home during the service?
For first-time clients, we prefer you’re available at the start so we can do a quick walk-around and confirm the service. For members on our maintenance plan, we offer Ninja Detailing — we can work while you’re inside or away entirely. Learn more about our Household Membership here.
