How does the Platinum Household Membership actually work?
You choose how often you want us out — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We build a recurring schedule around your household and show up consistently. No reminders, no re-booking on your end. Just clean vehicles every single time.
How many vehicles can be included?
The Single Vehicle plan covers one car. The Household Plan covers 2–4 vehicles. The Platinum Concierge plan is for households with 5 or more vehicles, premium fleets, or clients with multiple properties. All vehicles are serviced in one visit when possible.
Do I need to be home when you come?
Not at all. Many of our members aren’t home when we service their vehicles. We offer what we call Ninja Detailing — we show up, work quietly and professionally, and leave without disrupting your day. Clean vehicles, zero interruption.
What exactly is included in “complimentary perks”?
Members receive complimentary scratch removal, stain treatment, and emergency detailing as part of their plan — at no additional cost. If something unexpected happens to your vehicle between scheduled visits, we handle it. That’s part of the membership promise.
What areas do you serve?
